Q: I can’t finish a test or the app seems stuck on a question. What should I do?
A: First, make sure you’re using the latest version of Tickle and try reopening the app. If the issue continues, email us with your device model, iOS version, and which test you were taking.

Q: My result did not save after I finished a test. What should I do?
A: Please update to the latest version of Tickle first. If the issue still happens, contact us with your app version, build number, the test name, and a short description of what happened.

Q: How do I get the detailed report for a result?
A: Open the result screen and tap Get Detailed Report. If the report is locked, make sure your subscription is active or try restoring purchases from the paywall.

Q: How do I share my result?
A: Open your result and tap Share My Result. If sharing still does not work, email us with the test name, your device model, iOS version, and app version.

Q: I reset my progress by mistake. Can you restore it?
A: Test progress is stored locally on your device. If you reset it, we may not be able to recover it, but email us if you think something changed unexpectedly and we’ll help you check.

Q: Can I suggest a new test or feature?
A: Yes. If there are personality ideas, categories, or features you’d like to see in Tickle, send your suggestions to [email protected].
