Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The location, address, or map is missing or inaccurate. What should I do?
A: Check that Location Services and Precise Location are enabled for GPS Map Camera in iPhone Settings. The app may ask you to confirm when the location is approximate or out of date. An address or map can be unavailable temporarily even when coordinates are available.

Q: My photo was saved in the app but not in Photos. What should I do?
A: In iPhone Settings, allow GPS Map Camera to add photos. The app keeps its own copy of your captured photo; open its gallery and use Save to Photos to retry the export.

Q: Why does GPS Map Camera need Camera, Location, and Photos permission?
A: Camera access captures the photo, Location access creates the GPS stamp, and add-only Photos access saves the finished image to your library. The app does not need permission to read your existing photo library.

Q: Can I suggest a feature or improvement?
A: Yes. Send your idea to [email protected].
